  • Chair design team meeting and issue meeting minutes

Construction Stage

  • Establish framework for financial control

  • Coordinate the resolution of outstanding planning matters

  • Closely monitor the contractor’s building programme

  • Coordinate inspections, commissioning and handover to the client

  • Coordinate inspection at end of defects liability period

  • Monitor the final account agreement
